As a BMS Controls Installer, you will perform duties that range from general troubleshooting on customer systems to support on BMS / low-voltage projects. Pipe bending, cable running and must be familiar with VFD, VAV, RTU and split systems.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret Control, Mechanical, Electrical drawings and circuit diagrams as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose BMS systems and networks to automate building systems.
- Program and commission BMS systems.(optional)
- Replace and/or repair building automation control equipment and devices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Niagra/N4 is preferred.
- 1 - 2 + years of experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in the building controls automation industry preferred but not required.
- Experience in the light commercial / Residential HVAC industry preferred but not required.
- Tech-Savvy with computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Commercial/construction service experience a plus.
- Driver’s license and clean driver’s record.
